The annual programme removes the need to remember when a watch last had attention. Two visits are arranged in advance and priority booking keeps things straightforward.

Common Questions
How long does a mechanical movement service take?
Most standard services are completed within seven to ten working days. If parts are needed or the movement requires more detailed attention, you will be told before work begins and a revised timeline agreed.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome for a brief look and conversation, but booking ahead means the bench is ready when you arrive and your visit is unhurried. Annual Care members receive priority scheduling.
What brands and types of watch do you work on?
The workshop handles a wide range of mechanical and automatic movements from Swiss, Japanese, and independent makers. Pocket watches are also accepted. Quartz movements are outside the current scope.
How is the pricing for vintage restoration determined?
Because each vintage piece differs, the scope and cost are discussed at the initial consultation before any work is agreed. The ฿18,500 figure reflects a typical full restoration; simpler jobs may be priced accordingly.
Is my watch safe while it is at the workshop?
Each watch is logged by a reference number on arrival and stored securely when not on the bench. You receive a written receipt detailing the piece. The workshop is not left unattended during working hours.
What is included in the Annual Care Programme?
The programme covers two scheduled visits per calendar year for one timepiece. Each visit includes a bench check, water-resistance test, light cleaning, accuracy timing, and a written condition note. Priority booking is included throughout the membership period.
